About us

We’re Aisling, Grace and Fiona, co-founders of Blu Dot Education. Based in Dublin, with over 15 years of teaching experiences and the recent completion of a Post Graduate Diploma in Sexual Health Promotion in DCU, we offer workshops and trainings for students, teachers and parents.

We are committed to the delivery of high-quality sex education that will equip children with confidence and comfortability as they approach puberty. Workshops for parents will give caregivers the confidence to speak to their children frankly and honestly about sexuality. Teacher training will improve teachers understanding of the subject area and provide tools and strategies for teaching sex education in an informative, inclusive environment.

We believe young people deserve better when it comes to Sex Education. Whether you are a parent or teacher, talking about sex does not have to be difficult. We would love to share with you the many simple tips and strategies we have learned over the years to have these essential conversations with young people. We believe in empowering the next generation of children with essential information for safe and positive relationship experiences over their lifetime.

We offer sessions for parents that will empower them with the knowledge, skills and resources required to build confidence to discuss sexuality and sexual health issues. We also dispel myths and fears for young people and adults. Our workshops are based on global research, that tells us time and time again about the benefits of early, age appropriate, comprehensive sex education. Our workshops are designed to support young people, reduce feelings of shame and fear and to teach young people how to have positive outcomes during their adolescences and beyond.
